• All sessions are scheduled by appointment only • The initial appointment is an extended ses- sion that runs approximately 2 hours and includes: o Client Information/Medical History Intake o Manual Assessments o Discussion o Treatment • All subsequent treatment sessions following the initial appointment can be scheduled for either 60 minutes or 90 minutes Call For A Free 30 Minute Phone Consultation: 973-650-3100 • Keep in mind that I do not accept insurance of any kind nor do I participate in the activities of insurance companies • All fees are expected to be paid in full at the completion of each session • Current forms of payment accepted: cash, personal checks (*business checks not accepted) • Please remember to provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever changing or canceling an appointment ~Thank you GIVE THE GIFT OF HEALTH!
